2002 VW TDI manifold clogging
This is the intake manifold of a 2002 VW Golf TDI. It has 66,000 miles on it. Motor Oil has been Mobil Delvac1 5w-40 since about 1700 miles. The majority of miles are from a daily 55 mile round trip commute, almost all interstate. The car is generally driven very gently, but is driven quite hard when it is driven hard. Fuel has been all regular #2 diesel fuel, with irregular use of Power Service additives. Both the anti-gel in the winter and the regular cetane boost in the warmer months. averages about 7mm for a reduction of 46.87% to the area of the opening
